I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

My company is really with a good will and ready to adopts latest technology and make sure customer get satisfactory service from us 100% ..though it's a co operative sector and believe in providing and competing with other Banks in giving best service to all.

Tretment is good working envirment is also good butless staff more work as the managers have to consentrate on all section banking business loan advances as well as recovery sec for reducing npa

Good suggetion are not backup by the seniors or admin no payscale increse outstation branchs no incentives hence managers have to bear lose in outstation transfers
