The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

...rofessionals (Qualified and Semi-qualified), unless you are a master of showman. Management counts saving on laying-off of employees (Salary). My challenge to Management tearing down of any good set-up is an easy task, prove yourself, if you can by retaining best professional employees and providing them satisfactory job responsibilities. You Grow and Let them Grow.

Colleagues are very Co-operative and work life balance is very well maintained HR team is very Co-operative team members and whole staff is very helpful

Dislikes

Salary is very irregular Too much interference from owners in day to day operations and reviews are too frequent they may ask you to do some work outside your Job Profile and Job security is non existent you will be asked to leave anytime

Good for fresher but i would suggest learn and get out of that company

Salary is not on time. And they only care about the sales people and money. A lot of toxicity & negativity. HR has no say in the decisions. What management decides that is final. NSM has no concern in for sales....and only cares about other department. There is no proper management.

At Motwane working with a team that values teamwork, support and shared goals can be highly fulfilling.

Dislikes

Overwork or unclear expectations can negatively affect morale & productivity. A lack of timely recognition or constructive feedback might lead to decrease motivation.
