There is nothing like a manager. I really loved being part of the Mumbai Account Management Team. People make you feel like one of their own. Really kind and nice people. I'll poach Mumbai AM team people if I start my own business like those good people. They are very helpful. The media planning team, which sits in Bangalore, is also good as an intern; they welcome your ideas. I was really upset and felt bad that I won't be able to work with the team.

Dislikes

The salary is a bit less for entry roles, especially for someone doing their MBA. The HR policies are something that can be worked upon. Rest it's pretty nice to be a part of the team

Working culture at Media Ant. Great place to start a career in Media buying & selling field. Gaining experience in E commerce is an added advantage.

1. Can be a bit confusing if you are coming from a well established startup 2. Candidature hiring can be a bit better 3. The company at times is a bit confused, which direction to go in
