Everything. Employees are ill-treated and kept over expectations. Work hours exceed. While timings are 9:30 - 6:00 one should start as early as 8 and work up till late with no recognition.

I like the fact that ideas are celebrated and we are often to allowed to take full ownership of the idea and execution.

The fast-paced deadlines and work environment can sometimes lead to overlapping deadlines and bandwidth issues.

Workplace is fun and very inclusive. A lot to learn thanks to accessible leadership and frequent team building and cross-team activities

Dislikes

High performing employees can feel the work becoming mundane. There is not much attention to individual growth, it is left to each individual themselves. The company seems be going through a transition and has a high attrition rate.

The leadership, work culture, the fact that they hear your concerns and help you navigate to reach the best of your abilities.

Dislikes

All the employees are treated equally. While that is nice in most contexts, sometimes the high performing employees feel a lack of incentive to perform better.
