I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Terrible i don't recommend 😖😥😭

Dislikes

They have bond with you for 6 months of joining if you leave company before 6 months you have to pay 2 lakh rupees to the company for give you training actually they not provide any training. In 6 months life like a hell because of overtime for urgent delivery of work.

Red flag behavior by the mamagement & HR Will try to manipulate you with all their tactics and waste your time. Attrition rate is,very high in this company. No flexibility. Would not suggest this place to anyone!

At The Marcom Avenue, termination wasn't just a word; it was a distressing reality. Colleagues were abruptly let go without warning or explanation, leaving behind a trail of uncertainty and anxiety. The lack of empathy and transparency during these terminations was glaring. Behind forced smiles on the website, employees faced the harsh truth of job insecurity. This callous approach to personnel management stains the company's reputation. Without meaningful changes, The Marcom Avenue remains a place tainted by the shadow of termination without empathy. I cannot recommend The Marcom Avenue as a desirable workplace.
