There are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.

Dislikes

I enjoy my current position, but one area that my present employer could improve is employee retention. We’ve had high turnover and I can feel the whole team’s mood dip when we receive an email that yet another person has left. Otherwise, it’s a great office environment and I’ve enjoyed all of the projects and work.

The only disliked thing is the company has shutdown general trade. Hoping for the company to come back in general trade. so that we can again get together to work.

Independence to perform the job and support you receive from the teams both your own and cross functional

Sometimes the intention of the business is questionable and there are people who enjoy first world benefits with no questions asked on the actions performed resulting into depletion of resources

Company is good enough for learning and sharing experiences even good to see founder's working in a ground level

Doesn't have a work life balance and job security otherwise better place to work end of the day we want full job security

The Man Company Was life changer really I enjoyed I earn more than expect my senior Alok Mishra sir MT Gurgaon really such a helpfull soft person. I have nothing to say. I can say I was joined Best Place in The Man Company. From 24th of January I changed job. Working in St. Botanica.. I am really happy here
