The post is stagnant, the salary for temporary is stagnant. But university gives all services like staff quarters at minimal charge and medical facilities without any charge there are other bunch of facilities free of cost too for staff and family

The campus, the staff and everything about MSU is excellent. The guidance i got here is unmatchable to anyother. Whatever i am today is only because of the guidance of my teachers from CT,MSU.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, but only to bring out best in you, if you take it positively.

I have learnt a lot by working in this organisation. I had forgotten my professional growth during my tenure there. However, if you are a permanent employee there you just need not work. Your job is absolutely secured because you are a permanent employee.

I loved everything while I was working here but once I left all my contributions and sacrifices were also forgotten.
