Poor management poor work culture. They want us to work on Sunday. Plus even if our shift is over they want us to work overtime and we don't even get praise or any benefit of it. They have their favourite employee they treat them very good. And they are very partial for the rules favourite ones are getting extra extra benefit and rest have to beg even for their casual leave. They don't want employee they want labour and founders don't have manners to talk. General manager is abusing employees very harshly. Literally very toxic culture.

They align the tasks like 200+ emails in a day along with the calls and pressurize you to look for another job even if you are giving your 100%

Managers are worst. You have to beg for leaves after informing also. Your day is depend on your managers mood which is mostly worst and They are changing their descision as per there needs. Lots of politics. For appraisal no one came to you only you have to remind them again n again.
