The days we joined before 1990 was good and happy to work. After 2015 it is completing the vision in North India not all over India.
Not recognizing the right staff at right time, without qualification few staff were promoted and getting more salary and they are getting bribes. Nothing to say more going towards downwards in South. Lost the vision and mission.
Having a good seniors like Kashif sir. And as this was my first job so I learnd about work culture of ngo.

As I have done 6 months work here and at starting I have done the work and after that when pandemic came they make starting pressure on me to raise more and more funds either they will not give me salary and in the end they I lost that job
Rehabilitation in leprosy and disability person in community service. Seftcare training for leprosy and disability person our family members leaning in the training. Medical camp poor village areas many more people benefits.so social work very interested. Leprosy and disability in community service very interested.
It's an NGO and deals specifically towards eradicating leprosy, it's a huge task the work environment is good especially for research and the community is great.
It become too monotonous for me personally and professionally I wanted to pursue masters hence I left that job

The mission, vision [used to have], Team, Physical environment and most of all patient service healing ministry. From 1874 the best most experienced international Christian Medical Charity expertise in Leprosy. Because of missionary services, attracted scores of thousands of general and skin patients.
In the late 1980s An African Rogue Elephant was posted at the helm, leaving uprooted and destroyed centres, ending in the closure of 44 centres in India. This was an example of complete lack of wisdom and vision.
Still hopefully its glory could be restored.
Creation of large overhead watershed of 14 Heads, costing the mission over 3 crores annually, These were specialists dislodged from their centres brought to head office New Delhi for grotesque opinions, high fly travelling and work from home. the CEO and his core cost around over a crore and when they leave take with them the most profitable, measuring not less than 40 -50lacks each of lumpsome terminal benefits!
In the last two regimes total conscientious and sincere honest workers were uprooted, only chemchas, favourite delegations, regionalization and commercialization stand tall. Commericial services flourish under the guise of
Charity.
