The staff is very friendly, part of the management is supportive atlease for the area which I worked.

... the work you do. Always the person who doesn't have any efforts is appreciated. No benefits on salary. No increments. Food was pathetic.

...mmates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria , gym facilities for employees. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Worked there for long time but no satisfaction interns of Salary being a Assistant Restaurant Manager I have got month end salary only 20000 with no extra benifits only but in competitive hotels the salary was more than 30000 + extra benifits. I was not satisfied hence left this industry.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology ,I love the fact that I m a part of Lalit sury hospitality group of Chandigarh.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . I have to work 9 hours straight in day I have work in kittysu night club in Chandigarh
