Dislikes

Wrong coummetment given by HR department,and not full fill your requirment on time.no job security provided from kothari wheels,they are change policies as per own benefit ,never think about employes.only count in piching time ,working timing not fix .

How to handle customer , how to manage spares and how to face problems came in todays modern vehicles. Overall i am enjoying and satisfied that faced and trying to do challenging jobs in many cases.
