The salary package for the experienced candidates who are working in the same company for many years is less when compared to the new joined experience person.

I learned many innoviated idea from kcp, I'm entered into as just born. Now , i learned many more technical idea's and knowledge.. THEKCPLTD is my teacher , who teach lot about work and life

01. On time salary 02. Every year increment 03. Exposure to new work because of additional responsibilities assigned 04. Young colleagues are very good

01. Attitude of somme team members regarding Delivery and Quality towards customer requirement to be improved 02. Some of team members need to focus one their responsibility instead of intervention in other team works / Commenting on other team works

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Earlier company was good but now when the GMD has changed. Anything is happening .they are kicking out old members who serves upto 20 -30 years in company with the reason of Covid and then taking back some of there favourite employees but they didn't pick me back .I did real struggle when they close delhi Bracnch entirely all of a sudden. I was 45 years old and after losing job from kcp due so called Covid reason other companies didn't want to accept me as my age was higher . Then I started cooking at others home . It's so terrible job security is now 0 . company is doing anything literally they are keeping all the big officers which are get retired already . Company doesn't care for you aur about your family only thing matters for them is there company must be in profit and employees must follow there rules and should maintain south Indian culture. If I have to rate this company I would give 4 star on a scale of 10 . They fired 4 family in Delhi and suddenly they taken 2 families job again granted but not mine job such nepotism.company is full of nepotism. The thing which I like was they used to give shoes and dress to employ. And in diwali they used to give bonus and everything .guests were pollite.

...any does not like you that's why . Pollitical influence. Promotes south culture. Gives very low salary to lower people .
