Company is good but need many improvements e.g. there is no employee wellfare, annual increment is very low, management is highly aged even 60 yrs+ persons are working. Less chance for youngesters.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Jaiprakash association is a good company. It porduce high-quality product and has a global client base. My all colleagues has goob behaviour and all has give me suppport. It also provide time to time training for workers and engineer but i have not satisfy with working environment of this company.Jaiprakash associat provide free accommodation and free transport service and it as own hospital and gym which is suitable for healthcare.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
