...rty politics Worst management ever seen No HR intervention against complaints Poor salary payments No proper policy Skills sets never appreciated also asked to work on fields other than our actual degree or interests No such things to like this company only showcase that they care for employees but truth is they are simply mean and just wants to save their back Strict in timing but they don’t care when you leave also they want you to work more than 12 hrs a day where as the heads are allowed to come even at 3 regularly

Management is good. But Business heads is spoiling the company name in the market. Because of doing Favourisam. Mis guidance and miscommunication giving to management. No place for honesty people.

HR is not recruiting employees. Even though not checking candidates back ground. Even non performers also getting increment and promotion. Allowing employees for looting money. No internal audit in the company. No place for honesty people.

Good working environment, friendly atmosphere, very supportive Management, job security. MD was very punctual, kind but strict person. He was always accessible for getting his solution on any important official issues or problems by any cadre of staff which was the biggest strength of the company.
