Another Article Department not proper guidelines in Student. Me and My Calling Team working is Very good in All India CA Student Sole any regarding query solve in 2-3 days Properly.But Me and My Team More Time Working load and another department work in more than some time. My experience very good and good knowledge,but Institute Not Proper Satisfaction to Employee some time.

Compensation id decent, but growth is very slow. The Work Pressure is very high Sometimes. Some time work Me and My team more working load another department Employee.

Working in I.C.A helps me to gain important Skill knowledge,establish good relationship with my colleagues and helps me to provide employment opportunities to students who belongs to weaker sections.

There is problem of delay in salary but no regret as it happens in most of the skill sector I have seen.

The Government of India should urgently audit this organization across all departments, including Human Resources and the Accounts Department. Such an audit may reveal instances of illegal activities. The organization operates as if its leadership is above all, including the Constitution, with little accountability or oversight.

Rules are different between permanent employees and contractual staff. No PF, Health Insurance, life cover and other benefits are given to contractual employees. Rede behavior with Contractual staff etc.
