The only plus is salary on time

Managers in chemicals, and food team are worst in allocating work, they keep on gossiping and doing time pass whole day. Work allocation is like seniors are given write-ups and juniors are given ME The company has very limited projects and bad report structure They do not provide CMS analysis and refer to Statista all the time

On time salary is the only good factor about this company

Dislikes

Too much of Ad-hoc and dynamic work is assigned which is not described on prior-hand. Senior level management is good for nothing and doesn't care about employees. Employees are underpaid during appraisals (peanuts) whereas expenditure during office parties are very high. Rigid policies is for employees which becomes flexible only when the crisis lies on senior level management. Employees are robots for them instead of humans.

Leadership takes interview for a junior position, lacks vision and approach, changes policies like changing clothes, lack of tools for client support.

1. CEO has no patience and gets way too rude in sales team meetings 2. Office politics 3. Senior takes advantage and work on the cream clients leaving junior to work on scraps

the work can be done from home also but unnecessarily they call you in office and the work load is too much. wokeing hours are only 9 but they give you so much work that unwillingly sometimes you have to stay up till late
