...were Super. Accounts Department Was Excellent Company Never Fraud to save Taxes.Even During the Recession Company not failed to pay the Salaries. Once you get in to this Company they never Remove you as a result its excellent for Job Security

Company Fundamentals are very strong. Salary on time. Even in corona all the employees were paid on time. No layoff. No compromise in quality parameters of work is what I have seen on site & factory visit. Work timings are really convenient. Organisation is maintained as family.

This company is very loyal with employees & salary & other compensation is small but time to time. Company is very stable. HO culture is nice.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
