This is a good platform to enhance the knowledge in the area of teaching process. Very cooperative ,helpful and kind colleagues always ready to help beyond the expectations. I get chance to travel and explore different places while hikes and tracks.

Dislikes

Salary is a issue and lack of opportunity . Lack of innovations and beliefs of old education system like more emphasis on academic not on other cocurricular activities which makes growth slow . Long working hours and not a single word of appreciation work pressure is high.

Work culture is good , since the school is new so you can also learn and develop with the school. If you are looking for job security , there is no security in private ....go for government

Healthy working environment which i found under the captainship of current Director Honourable Mrs & Mr.Anand only , company policies from recruiting till relieving is upto the required standard . The Director couple approach towards emplyees are so humble and courteous provided emplyees also follow the professionlisim. My reason of relieving was my further education (Mumbai ) and training in abroad (INFRASTRUCTURE UNIVERSITY ,KUALA LAMPUR ) I wanted to update myself more accordigily today's scienario , otherwise i was still part of this prestigeous organization of the city , well i wish more and more success to this organization . Dislikes

Teachers are not adequately paid and exploited. While extra curricular activities are over emphasized in the school, there is little attention on academic career of students.
