Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...latest technology development needs improvement. Training is not up to the mark. Salaries are paid on time and the offer a good reasonable salary.

Dislikes

The Company is very good. But due to high competition the growth is bit slow. The work pressure on Marketing staff is on the higher side.The Administrative activities needs a lot of improvement. Once you are retired or out from the company they do not care you at all. with regard to PF pension etc. This attitude needs drastic change.

It a good old company with a very stable job I am working as a software Developer so my main tasks are related to feature development maintenance and enhancement work pressure is not that much.

Dislikes

As a product based company it have its pros and cons mainly the benifits apart from salary is bad. Also the co ordination accross the teams is messed up. So you might get frustrated.
