Salary hike is not good. Working culture is low, very difficult to switch other company if you spent lot of time here. Try to learn and switch soon.

Patience is very important for every one to doing work. I am working as a maintenance fitter Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds & we work happily in collabaration

if you have work as any designation in this company after 10 year you thing that you have get manager post this is your wrong thing you found same designation after 10 year and salary is littile increase every year

India Thermit Corporation Limited is the best company to work with. The Management is supportive and are very good in every terms be it professionally or personally. Experienced great work life balance here. Job Security is there , Management will never give upon a candidate or employee instead they give chances to the deserving ones.
