GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

1. THG INDIA expects employees to work at least 15 hours a day, with no regard for work-life balance. 2. Job security is non-existent, as employees have been fired without any reason. 3. The management is described as deceitful, with a culture of constant lies. 4. Appraisals are inadequate, with employees receiving only a 2% raise even when performing above expectations. 5. The probation period is extremely difficult to pass, with a 60% failure rate despite employees doing everything right. 6. The company claims to be creating its own entity for payroll, but this is reportedly another lie. 7. Flexible timings are a myth, with employees strictly required to be in the office from 9 am to 6 pm and expected to continue working from home afterwards. 8. Employees are afraid to speak out against the company, fearing immediate termination as faced by few in INDIA. 9. Those who question the heavy workload are fired on the same day and not provided with an experience letter. 10. Employees feel pressured to say only positive things about THG India when asked in person, out of fear of losing their jobs. 11. Best option is give the interview hear their lies and use THG's offer as a counter offer, even if payment in other company is less Join that as that will give you stability flexibility and good work culture with honest management
