Nothing to like about House of MG as a employee,

Dislikes

the working culture is too much micromanagement, without MD approval you cannot do anything, it's always an blame game, demotivate the employees for the work which not approved by the management, Salary date is not fixed, always get salary after 15 of every month based on mood of MD. too much stretching on every discussion no clear communication, This is looks nice from outside, but many cockroach in employee cafeteria which leads to un healthy food, need to park vehicle 1 km away from the premises as does not have employee parking.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
