This is a dis like I have nothing positive to say about my 9 months of employment. The manager that was there when I started, quit before her year mark, No proper training involved for 6 months when I started, the company doesn't care about there properties being ran down. Tenants are not held accountable for there living conditions Turnover apartments are a lot of work. They terminated my Job because they have spent 400,000 dollars on Havoc on this historic hotel converted into studio apartments and the tenant still can't get AC and Heat. The business who put them in claim that it's working properly but the tenants say otherwise. So I told the head maintenance guy for the housing company that may be these people living there should not pay rent because they have no heat or AC and maybe something to get done, So I was terminated for making that statement.

Dislikes

This company is very poorly ran from management all the way to there properties.
