...on I have join, but I have a very bad experience. So don't join in this company. Totally froud and not getting salary on time. Very Bad.

Everything was wrong poor management, poor food and accommodation give for staffs. Not caring about staff. They treat you like a animal. Never join and never refer to anyone.

The hosteller is a good company to start career. We can learn many things from there. Seniors and all they are so helpful. Not much pressure headaches and all

Staff relationship is very bad . Salary hike PF ESI and all they are just cutting but employees are not getting the details basically HR department is not there you don't get any support from HR . If you need salary slip or work experience letter all this just forget you can work and learn from the company not good for long time

The transfer process is very random even the very less job security they can kick you out on a random basis as well the upper management is doing their work and the company just opening properties everywhere but they didn’t know what they are doing with it basically the company is focusing on quantity not on quality even the local people who are working in the company they can do everything with other staff who they are not belongs to that particular place such a ridiculous thing this is even I don’t want to give a single star to the this company even how can a person give single to this company this is the only company where i have never seen that on shift people coming after consuming alcohol or some other drugs I think this not company a person who is not aware about what’s going on in his properties this is almost failure for that company and for that person and the person who is siting in the head office they are making that fool that’s it and no one what’s to listen for the employees who are on the ground floor

Only the working culture here is good.

Dislikes

The big people here give promotions only to those who are very close to them or their disciples. These people always guide them. They promote them and give help. The rest who work honestly in this, have no value.
