Very good support from team leaders, colleagues, manager, time to time no extra hours of work, company policies are employ favourable.

Salary is less, more than 4 years experience also no promotion, should do the same work for many years no change, no recognition.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, another plus point is that colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds.

Compensation is decent, but personal growth is slow.

Salary increment is very less. Very less growth. There should be good hike in salary after completing above 100% target. i.e. 20-25%. increment should be applicable.

... Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. No sales pressure. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
