There are no rules or regulations here. New joiners are not allowed to settle in by their managers. Managers don't go to the field themselves but ask team leaders to visit village areas. We are expected to work 24 hours with excessive travel and no safety for girls. During interviews, they paint a rosy picture, but the reality on the field is different. There's a lot of politics, and old-timers are comfortable in their zones. You can only survive here by flattering them, and no one resolves any issues. It's a terrible company with no growth opportunities. I would advise females not to work here at all.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes , l have to work 12-16 houres sometimes

Himalaya Drug company is a big brand product are very good & i really appreciate the store concept its enhance the brand name & product visibility.

Work is not proper plan , on high level, I'm saying but high level lesson, baby care hospital division not proper plan, That's y lot of vacancies and no one stand the company...
