Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and familiar. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary and increment every year.

There is a lot of policies of new Distributor appointment and the management doesn't address our issues.

It's not a company but a family. It takes care of its employees just like their family members. It does not offers a job to its employees but a career. Stands at every need of its employees. A company rose by its employees itself. People working here have dedicated their whole life and has turned into veterans. Himalaya takes care of the family of its employees also. People are rewarded and congratulated on each and every achievement of theirs. A company to work for life long.

There are no rules or regulations here. New joiners are not allowed to settle in by their managers. Managers don't go to the field themselves but ask team leaders to visit village areas. We are expected to work 24 hours with excessive travel and no safety for girls. During interviews, they paint a rosy picture, but the reality on the field is different. There's a lot of politics, and old-timers are comfortable in their zones. You can only survive here by flattering them, and no one resolves any issues. It's a terrible company with no growth opportunities. I would advise females not to work here at all.
