Salary was on time. At the end of the month you'll get your salary.

It was like a nightmare for me. Organization culture is very poor as well as their working processes and office culture is ton of toxicity. After the resigned they took 4months to do the settlement. Even in if you're in leave they will never thought twice to harras you. During the market visit time BM used the slang to their employee. Never ever will suggest to join the organization.

...ver last year but in terms of increment is what we get is 4% or 5% currently am. Taking care of 80lakhs business what I am taking salary is 27k only seriously am disappointed on this

...olicy makar is bloody out of his mind. This company performance is totally fake. The employee has to his 50 to 80% of his salary to generate sales otherwise they will transfer you and you will be punished. Company culture is not good right now. This is sole company not registered with any business organization like SEBI and all, company is not listed till now. No board of directors Handled by Dubai people. All money goes to Dubai then they paid off salary to their employees.

Dislikes

I don't like this company right now because of indiscipline behavior or non organic political behavior of superior.

I say everything but the regional manager and HR of Himalaya wellness don't hear me, being a fresher what should I do. I understand that the company wants competitive mindsets to tackle problems but the behaviour of the personnel that impacted me a lot... If someone reads this please have some sympathy with the fresher as we are new to your company..
