Absolutely nothing except that salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Almost everything. Pathetic work environment, thanks to few old members. As soon as you enter the sales bay (client side), you sense the negativity creeping in. Few old people are bullies (Especially a female named Sakshi and couple of her changu mangu). They are well supported by HR and Management. These people won't stop commenting on what you are doing apart from your work (which makes absolutely no sense). These females will comment on the way you dress, the way you carry yourself and they won't even stop spreading rumours about your character. So because of these few people, the environment is absolutely pathetic and non workable. Many people including couple of super seniors have left because of these pathetic invididuals.

Office Politics is managements top priority. you will be commited for a salary hike if you perform and after performance you will be ignored. They will give wfh to few and rest of the team is treated differently. Work and Business is never the priority.

Nothing yet, has been a very smooth ride so far. However have been told no WFH which is ok but would have been great of it was possible once in a while for emergencies.

Dislikes

Apart from what written above, everything else is bad and pathetic. Work atmosphere is negative. Sales team has people who are zero in achieving targets and renowned for bad behaviours but still sitting there because of the newly joined manager. The HR and management also supports those sort of people. The sales team sits in Mastech and atmosphere is unbreathable due to couple of females whose names are already there in the past reviews.

Lack of Structure and CRM/Automation: Without systems like CRM and automation, the team lacks clear guidance and the ability to track progress. This often leads to inefficiency and confusion. Constant Process Experimentation: Without a defined, tested process, the team is forced to operate in a trial-and-error mode, which wastes time and resources. Operational Dependency on Client Placements: The team seems to be a placeholder, and the operational budget appears to depend on simply having salespeople at the client site, rather than focusing on value creation or results. Broken Communication: If communication is poorly managed, it leads to confusion, unmet expectations, and an overall lack of alignment between the team and clients. Unmet Expectations vs. Initial Commitments: This is a major issue when promises are made during the sales process that are later unfulfilled, leading to customer dissatisfaction and a damaged reputation. Toxicity in Training: A toxic culture of sycophancy and gaslighting can have a detrimental effect on employee morale and hinder proper development and training.
