In terms of remuneration liberty heritage has never missed a pay days promised they stick to the contract despite the fact that money is a scarce resource in all economies. There are no fringe benefits given to teachers, maybe with time the school will consider this in order to satisfy the needs of workers. During school trips teachers do not pay anything instead they are consider as completing a school duty to be with the learners for the entire numbers of days determined by nature of school trip. The school environment and nature has a distance with the country's politics however they are glued to teach values and morals based on Christianity and the bible. The school begins 07:30 in the morning and dismiss 15:30 in the afternoon which allows teachers to balance between work and home.

Liberty heritage school is a good school despite the fact that they pay low salaries and the employer work using personal grounds that professional grounds.

Nothing to like except infrastructure

Dislikes

No work life balance. The pay is very low. There is no job security. You can be asked anytime to give the resignation and not come from next day. Inexperienced coordinators always putting the blame on others. Hardly any teacher stays for more than a year.

The Heritage College is a spacious campus. Being a guest faculty, I don’t have to bother about other issues except taking classes.

Dislikes

Management offers poor pay scale Students do not attend classes properly. They are very arrogant to reply back to students.

... pressure on guest lecturer while the permanent teacher always in relaxing mood. Permanent teacher takes less classes and paid high salary (70-80k) while guest lecturer had to take more classes with very less salary (7-10k). The permanent teachers dont allow subordinate teachers to get promoted.
