The fake belief they give about your job security and your designation. Changing their organisation name if and when needed. Sucking your energies and chucking you out like you matter nothing. Fake promises and cheesy snakes everywhere. Sudden mass hiring and mass layoffs.

One day you wake up thinking your career is set and you’re going to shine bright, suddenly by EOD these people will roll out a layoff mail and abandon you. That day could be today tomorrow or any day. Stay safe.

Only thing is you need to work is on your own, even sometimes you need to take blame of others. like nepotism here it is favouritism.

Dislikes

On the most terrible situation of this pandemic time, they made 90% of employees to take un paid break and relieved few. on this situation they need to support instead they just left. when it comes to work they wants all the employees to do 200% which isn't unfair.

Good work environment and culture, HR team is not much supportive to contract employees

Company policies they should not change repeatedly if they changed also need to get proper information regarding that to all employees

In lockdown the hans is supporting us They give some amount also to our employees and the good thing is we are not loss our jobs in. Covid 19.

The bad thing is they can't provide breakfast facilities and locker condition is Wrost.
