Staff at higher level like HR ,Project manager etc behaviour was very bad towards doctors,they told to provide incentive but in actual they don’t,response of recruiter was very bad towards online application for job

Ability to take care and help the poor and needy who cannot afford medical treatment due to financial problems. I feel good visiting the remote villages to look after the patients treatment and to make sure they're okay.

Dislikes

Salary is too low. They don't give salary according to the qualifications and work experience. They don't give us salary like how they have advertised.

Dislikes

Horrible top management as many of them are result of nepotism and have poor professional knowledge. Contractual employees are treated as outsiders and core employees are given extra benefits. Half of your time will go in understanding the finance work which almost every employee has to do. No appreciation of your hard work. No team bonding or good HR sessions. The HR department is lazy and impolite.

Work-life balance is good. Working here we could maintain our personal and professional life. You can take the initiative on your level to make services more efficient.

You don't get a promotion here even if you're capable.

I was stationed in Sundernagar Himachal Pradesh , the state coordinator Mr Om Prakash used to play dirty politics with the staff , constantly harnessing mentally and believed to be involved in corruption . This all together made work environment dirty and uncomfortable.
