The company's culture is not at all satisfactory, I would really wish that people who are getting the offer from this organisation PLEASE DO A THOUROGH CHECK before joining. The entry in the organisation will be an overwhelming but the exit is terrible.

1. Salary is not on time at all last month salary come on 15th - 20th cycle 2. No Incentives I did almost 310cr business in this company and I didn't get anything 3. Terrible work shifts 4. Pathetic late evening meeting with no logic 5. No Travelling Reimbursement

Nothing which i liked about this company. Only good point is they offer you good package and designation which attracts you towards job.

Dislikes

Work life balance is pathetic. work culture is more pathetic in this organization. They will promise you that they will give you travelling reimbursement but after joing you will get to know that hou will not get anything and work like stupid on field. No guidance will be provided by seniors at all. Favouritism is another point which you will face. And Fnf process will be like hell for you. I will not recommend this company to anybody.

...take revenge on him, his native is satara, you can find him there on holidays. 2) When we give interviews our salary is put on hold and then we are tortured by them. 3) If we have engagement of our sister then we are not given leaves. 4) Work culture 8 am - 11 am. Driving daily 80-100 kms 5) No hike and we have to wait till August so that you won’t be able to leave the organisation. 6) Don’t work otherwise your inner anger will tempt you to murder someone.
