I like the work culture of the school. There are so many things new to learn and explore. We teachers get an opportunities for taking up the leadership roles and collaborate with every department. There are training sessions twice a year to upgrade ourselves with new digital tools which we can use in our classes. We are highly supported with LST team for children who need special support in the class.

Dislikes

Long working hours and average salary scale.

Likes

There is nothing likeable as such about TGAA. Except for the PD session where you get to learn a lot. However, the team puts a mandate on the staff to rate and openly put positive reviews on such websites where others can see and get influenced which ethically is wrong.

- Low salary _ Bare minimum support _ Extreme nepotism and favouritism _ False promotion promises _ Underqualified / unqualified people at leadership _ No consequence provided to students _ Teachers used as a shield to protect the leadership from upset and angry parents. _ Admin & IT work also done by the academic team most of the times. _ Buttering and sweet talking the higher authority helps more in terms of promotion than working hard and your qualification. _ Leaders tend to shout at the people on the grassroots level . _ Fake reviews / reviews published by the staff . _ No work life balance _ Unsupportive leadership team. _ Extremely toxic work place politics.

The work environment is very friendly, Leaders are really good and motivating, Teacher's get an opportunity to work independently and very supportive peers

Dislikes

Teacher's salary should be adjusted to reflect their skill and talent demonstrated in their work. Continuous observation of their dedication and performance highlights the valuable contribution they make, and it is essential that compensation alligns with these qualities

There is Nothing good like that.their rules, the way of work is nonsense.Management lies a lot of with teachers.One day i was absent and someone from my class took my laptop charger, his money was also taken from my salary.

Dislikes

...out of a job in a single day without notice.The school's atmosphere is very bad. if you resign in the middel of the year, you will have to work without pay , giving three month noyice. Even when rule of low is also not correct. Iam giving my opinion here but i am not defaming anyone.

It's such a fab culture and working environment. All the team does is just uplift you! Collaboration and Cooperation are ingrained in whatever we do! Transforming not only education but also educators is truly inspiring!! So very proud to be part of the leadership team here!
