...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are fair and bonus every year.

I feel that every one need more trainning...there is no on job trainning for fresher.sometimes it is very painfull for fresher...i feel that for smooth running on jon trainning is most importent.

In one word, EVERYTHING!!!! Pathetic place to work wherein especially boys will be compromising the health by doing super extensive night shifts. Moreover, the HR of this company is very poor so are the HODs. There is absolutely is no career growth and peace to work here. They treat their employees equivalent a slave.
