The Global Helpdesk is a facality management company. It provides Mail Room facality, Concierge Facality to its clients. When I joined this company, I was completely fresher. I didn't know even about the ABC of computer, I didn't know the etiquetts, I didn't know how to talk to professionally to the elders. My teammates were very good. They all used to talk to me like younger brother because I was junior to them. Actually, We were total four executives including me. If I talk about the work environment about there then the work environment was really nice there. I used to work there without any problem and tension. I taught everything there, infact, I taught all the things from this company i.e. THE GLOBAL HELPDESK.

Dislikes

If I talk about the thing that most dislike me was the career growth. I worked almost two years there but inspite of working two years, I was only an executive there. I gave my 100% in my duty but inspite that I was not given to grow.

Likes

In this org, there is nothing which would be liked. Have to 23 hr everyday. No job security, if any complaint made by client, so know one available for validate the issue. Just kicked out the agent and problem solved. This is the worst place i worked with.

Dislikes

Timming is the prime issue. There was the time to come, but no fix time to leave.
