Biggest brand of rajkot. Outstation employees provided 3 years rental for housing. Kiran sir listens.

Accounts HOD has no subject knowledge. Accounts staff have been around for decades and do not want to change. Communication in gujarati, no English. Multiple systems but no result, manual vendor invoice booking, manual payment file upload, manual fee refunds. Incorrect TDS entry template. No exposure to ERP TALLY used without any features as data entry tool. All are data entry operators. Non specialized HR Dept. I can go on...

Creative freedom, ongoing growth opportunities, resource availability, Director's involvement and time, principle centred organization, change is constant, open door policy, CompBen structure

- A very good atmosphere to work - diverse workforce and culture - HR is supportive - it helps employees build good personality and reputation.

Dislikes

- lack of management when passing important information to one another - no regular training or follow up for such department as call back center.

You'll have some or other things to add up in your personality. Best paid system if you are skilled person. You will have all the benefits like P.F. , gratuity , Casual off etc

They'll look forward for there need first rather than your working mastery or your preference while assigning a task.
