Accounts HOD has no subject knowledge. Accounts staff have been around for decades and do not want to change. Communication in gujarati, no English. Multiple systems but no result, manual vendor invoice booking, manual payment file upload, manual fee refunds. Incorrect TDS entry template. No exposure to ERP TALLY used without any features as data entry tool. All are data entry operators. Non specialized HR Dept. I can go on...

- lack of management when passing important information to one another - no regular training or follow up for such department as call back center.
