Surgical exposure was good in those days as we used to operate on camp patient's but now that they have stopped it I am not sure the current status.

Dislikes

... a jail. For everything you need to get permission from the top and no one else. Before they take you they will test you and then they will offer you a salary and your experience is not counted. You will not get any appreciation for your work but if you went wrong anywhere your privileges will be taken away and you will be criticised. Your original cretificates will be with them at coimbatore till the time you resign or they terminate you. They can terminate you at their will according to their requirements and your loyalty and honesty will not be considered. At the end you will be working for peanut's.

No liking worst culture, they don't believe his employees, always suspect, incentives not on time, only fake promise, in salary many dedication and forget about your settlement amount

Everything Fake promise always, no respect at all, no appreciation no incentives nothing at all, no insurance, no PF, even they not do settlement also.....
