...of the hotel management rules , we are forced to shave and cut! hair regularly. the salary is minimal, but the level of harassment here is unberable - 200%. Please avoid companies like this .Many employees have quit after falling for the management's sweet word, only to be fired within a few months.

I really appreciate the work-life balance and the premium workspace environment at Executive Centre India Pvt Ltd. These factors create a comfortable and productive atmosphere, allowing me to perform at my best while maintaining a healthy balance between my professional and personal life.

I dislike the prevalence of office politics, the lack of competitive salaries and appraisals aligned with market standards, and the emphasis on degrees over skills. Additionally, favoritism within the workplace creates an uneven environment that can feel discouraging.

Likes

The company is great for people who have a mindset to settle, annual raises happens on time and can take plenty of leaves as per the set requirement. Promotions happen every 2 year or 3 year as per performance.

Dislikes

Too many ple are there inter- hierarchy and the company follow a set promotion 90% of the time, Upper management is solid and fixed which gives lower employees less chance to get into the decision-making team, do understand vertical growth is much less, however, if u are a person who wishes to take care of family, want time to focus on to another course or love to have a set fixed growth please i still recommend. Too much of politics, and Inter team conflicts keep happening.

There was slightly favouritism being played, when it comes to women and men and never got to have a close interaction with them.
