Salary is on time.

CS team is required to work whole month, they do not have a system of off days. However US customer team have the advantage of saturday sunday off with proper work timings. Indian employees are not even considered human. Indians exploiting Indians in the name of US team. Micromanagement. Even Basic casual leaves are not provided let alone any benefit apart from the unjustified pay. Absolutely zero work life balance.

No work life balance, no professionalism, only politics, people with zero knowledge are working there, they just use employees when there is a requirement and change team whenever they need. it was a worst experience working there. I suggest people not to join here

The colleagues tried to help me through the steep learning curve that the culture of the company requires, but overworking is a norm that no one questions.

Steep learning curve, the tightest deadlines, elitist (overworked) colleagues, low scope for personal growth

I am so glad to share that DOM is the right place for people who thrive to learn and grow. My journey with DOM so far is incredible and I look forward to more learning, fun, and contribute the best I can. People are open-minded, they brainstorm ideas, listen to each other. It is a very positive environment at DOM.

Dislikes

So far I don't have anything that I don't like about DOM. People might miss big corporate work culture but it never matters to me.
