When I was working, that time I am the employee of TATA group after few years mean from April-2014 ADANI acquired the port. From 1st Jan -2015 ADANI transferred few employees to Third party.

In one platform different vendors , different cultures

I like the Company and it's work but the administrative overall the all work is poor. Improvement of administrative for all is mandatory as in defence " one man report" *Adesh sahi aur durusth* to follows.

Politics among the company employees.No reward and recognition for good performance but termination and warning letter for small mistake.Salary increment is unsatisfactory.Bad working culture .

It is a very good company individual take the responsibility and anything you can inovat for company growth. For that you can rewarded also.

Dislikes

There are Many persons to look out you with different opinions and you will harassment and you think that immediately you can quit the job but any how in every steps you can learn anew things.
