Property is an Excellent, after renovation looking better than any Five Star Resort. Property having huge open lawns and Biggest banquets venues. Employees Benefits are in place such as Cafeteria, Service charges, Bonus and Rewards.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address's our issues. salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Seniors never accept new joiners and not treating good. Many employees are leaving job within one week. No value for loyal workers and qualified employees.

Based on my 4yrs experience I can say that The Corinthians Resort is best hotel to to work, good management team, lot's of opportunities to learn and explore self experience.

No Weekly off, No staff, working daily 15 hours duty, Full Resort running by casuals. No extra payment, Full Gaali Galoz, HR Reddy sir left no body asking employees problems. Every one talk big no one support.

People are good but more of them are involved in politics. Management only focus on profit. Looking was it is full of greenery, plants.

Employees recognition is only for close staff. All old staffs are involved in politics, no value of well educated person.

The company is awesome 👍 to end of month sellary and they also provide new new things in every six 😁 month

One thing is that to say about Corinthians resort and club that thing is that employee growth is very slow and duty hour is very strict . Even I used to do 17to 18 hours of duty in that company
