To be honest there are many fun activities conducted every Friday and that's literally it and nothing good to look forward. This company is all about fun but no growth.

Dislikes

As a fresher i have had the worst experience, it's a very toxic company they are always hiring everyday literally and are immediately hired who ever is walking in. It's such a shame to be working here as there's no work life balance,too much scrutiny on how the work is being done. extreme micro Management. No one is fit to work here and you cannot grow as an individual or achieve something. You Wont be given a proper training or any guidance for the next step a basic guidance. Every one wants to show dominance on employees but not the results. this company is going to be drowned.

They pretend to be a top employer, however, have to convince themselves that it's a SHOP, not a professional company as their style of operations is like that only.

Dislikes

No respect for professionals (barring 10% of close references of management) Don't have patience for results to come, decision making process is worst!! Only valuable members are Management, their family, Key Senior leaders, and the Sales stars You may be thrown out, in 20 mins discussion, with/without notice If you are a Keen of the management then life is set here, else 3/6/ max 9 months
