Pathethic working culture, manager asks to pay from our pockets for online dekivery to clients, no petty cash management, every after 2 months one employee put their papers down, HR threats about joining other companies and they relationships wirh other Head HRs. After working for one year, had to pay for uniform costs.

the management is very pathetic, the store jobs are poorly managed with wrong information about the incentives, not giving incentives on time, no job confirmation even if the probation is over, you have to pay 10k for the uniform if you leave before 1 year of joining. the written policies don't match the verbal policies. after joining they start picking on grooming such as ear cannot have more than 1 earring and whatnot. Buyers, merchandisers, or anyone who comes from the head office looks down on store people or treats them like a child.

1 Internal politics 2 Favours outsiders and Mba batch student with they have tie up with, and make them managers. 3 Regional Manager and Higher Manager is not approachable. 4 Company is not employee oriented 5 Doesn’t work on feedbacks by employees. 6 Lack of support. 7 Business oriented approach, leading employees to work unethically.

Worst Worst Worst! They are the biggest fraud, they don't give proper information before hiring and later it comes as a surprise. They hire me for Visual Merchandising but told me to do sale aswell. The store manager is novice, she behaves like a kid and takes everything personal. She doesn't provide any support regarding to the profile which is needed. She doesn't even have basic respect towards a human. Only if u are doing sale she will be happy with you else she will never even speak with you. She only favor those who flatters her. and company doesn't have anything to do with it.
