Good work environment and culture. Bank policies are good and they give good salary. But there is political pressure some time.

I never dislike cooperative Bank because my status in my location society is due to bank.

All my worki position and place is good and I am very thank to my stoff for giving good knowledge to us. I am having good working culture and management in my banking nature. And i am very lucky to work there.
