The City school international is one of the best schooling system if I have to write about it being in Pakistan. It provides atmosphere for individual as well as professional growth. Work place environment is worth praising. School provides training sessions usually bimonthly basis. School gives an individual full opportunity to nurture himself. Innovative and creative people are appreciated by the teammates.

Salary is below par as compared to the work load. Work-life balance is haphazardly poor. Apart from these two factors everything is attractive at school.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
