The City School is a great place to work in terms of career growth and work environment. Politics exist in all organizations but if you focus on your work then no harm.

Dislikes

I almost like everything here but you can say that if top management has open door policy then it will be great.

The City school international is one of the best schooling system if I have to write about it being in Pakistan. It provides atmosphere for individual as well as professional growth. Work place environment is worth praising. School provides training sessions usually bimonthly basis. School gives an individual full opportunity to nurture himself. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
