Poor work culture No freedom of work My experience or advices,if you have any self respect don't join here. Better they may change their name is "The Penalty silks" instead of "The Chennai Silks"

In some departments, the people who are placed in the leadership role are right in getting the job, but the other people in their team do not interact with the female co-workers with the right intention and do not question them, instead they plan with the wrong people to remove the affected woman from the job. As a result, women's credibility on the entire company decreases.MD is a supporter of women, but some of these political habits are unknown to MD. If they think they will be found out, they will tell the people who are in big responsibility and threaten them. What I mean by this is that if any women are under depression and pressure from the people working with them, the MD should make a way to meet them directly or indirectly without any fear.
