...mselves as a 5star hotel, but actually they are below par a roadside restaurant. The salary is kept on hold for minimum 25days, every month(Insane),which you would not find in any of the five star hotel in the city. There is a lot of issues with vendor supply as the vendor payments are never made on time. The recruitment process is useless. Was being cheated into joining but later found out that there isn't any PF facility even for top level management. The people working down the level have been working for 2 years but their PF account shows zero balance. Although the Alchemy kitchen was very well set with all modern equipments and also had an opportunity to work with celebrity chef Hari Nayak. The GM of the hotel is very understanding and supportive although. My team at Alchemy was lovely, although the executive chef isn't fit for the role, more interested in politics rather than work. Had zero culinary skills. Has no control of the culinary process. There is a lot of politics running inside the top level management which doesn't create a good working environment. The hotel is so pathetic that they couldn't even recruit a HR manager for last 4 months or more. People who know the reality about the hotel would not certainly join.

Everything except the Alchemy kitchen equipments and my team at Alchemy.

Staffs and senior are good, staff cafeteria food is good, salary comes on time without delay. Get offs and leave accordingly,

Management is not good, salary is less, doesn’t get appraisal even after good work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

this hotel never cares about own staff, 3-month salary pending from last year sometimes they deducted too much percentage salary amount (the reason is less business so then they deducted the salary.

Working as a part of was good start starting from day 1 till the end day but after Corona challenge got more worse as salary got delayed by 3 months and get 1month salary at last that also 35% cut and have to left the job as HR call came to join as soon as possible while I was staying at my home far away in Rajasthan so no possible way to come in the lockdown so I have been told by the HR to give resignation letter if you are not joing so I submitted. And it was bad time or year. Not at all supportive to you.

Accommodation, the food for the staff and basic salary delay by 1month every time
